Nicely crafted instrument with masterly and widely crafted scroll with the Maggini extra twist and accurately double inlaid purfling on front and back. This beautiful masterpiece shows only minor marks in it´s old amber varnish, but no open cracks or open seams. The table is finely grained spruce and the back – like ribs and neck – is intensely flamed maple. The violin was completely revised in our workshop and received new setup with newly fitted elder ebony pegs, tailpiece & chinrest, a new bridge and new strings. These are new German silver wound steel core strings with good projection, easy to play while allowing rapid performance. We use these strings on mostly all of our violins to provide a comparison of the tonal qualities of each instrument in the videos. In any case a new owner should consider higher quality strings of own personal preference to enhance the full character of this violin! Beautiful antique violin in immediate playing condition! Antique Russian c1900 Silver Dip Pen Beautiful Very Rare

New to the market. Antique rare late Victorian c1900 solid Silver dip pen Cylindrical shaped body. It is in good antique condition, as pictured it has original nibs with it and is ready to go. As is often the case with these small items of silver of this design & from this period it is not hallmarked but It has been tested to confirm it has a high Silver content. Lovely collectors item, a must for any serious collection. X 10mm (0.5) wide. Condition: This delightful large dip pen is in good condition with , no restoration. But a few small knocks along the barrel consistent with being over 120 years old. These knocks can be polished out but I prefer to leave items showing use and character. Beautiful very rare antique. I have left the silver unpolished as I feel it adds to its original character, if you wish I could polish it up to a gleaming Finnish, I will leave it for you to decide. Please note that this item is not new and will show moderate signs of wear commensurate with age. Reflections in the photograph may detract from the true representation of this item. Beautiful Antique Quality Rare Solid Silver & Brown Cats Eye Moonstone Bracelet. Here is the most beautiful antique solid silver & brown moonstone articulated panel bracelet. The bracelet measures around seven & a half inches long with a depth of just over one inch and is all set in solid silver with a lovely patina to it & although not marked where i can see tested & guarranteed as such. This bracelet is just so beautiful & one of the best examples i have seen & the only example i have ever seen doubled up like this and fully articulated so it sits lovely worn and is set with sixteen shimmering real brown moonstones with cats eyes, circular, all uniform in size with each one being half inch in diameter. Each moonstone is set in its own collet rope style border, rusched secure setting, closed back with the moonstones all polished & cabouchon with their beautiful natural colour of brown with the most fabulous rainbow iridescent colour array on movement from the cats eye in the stone , and it is joined by lovely silver links. The bracelet comes complete with two silver safety chains and good working push in barrel type oval clasp which has lovely embossed engravings to it and is antique & dates to around the victorian- edwardian era. However this really is a beautiful antique bracelet in very good origional complete condition and such a beautiful rare example of these, that looks fine quality worn.
