In the book’DURAND, The Man and his Glass by Edward J. It has a mushroom style shape. He exterior has a deep blue lustre ground which is decorated with an electric silvery blue coil design. The top and interior is finished in a rich marigold – the iridescence colors are wonderful. It has a nicely polished pontil on the bottom side. 3″ tall by 5″ at widest. Antique Art Deco 1920’s Beautiful Rare Nude Woman Brain Globe Chalkware Lamp

For your consideration is an absolutely beautiful 1920’s art deco era chalkware lamp of a nude woman sitting on rocks staring into the light. This reminds me of a Frankart style piece, but there are no visible markings. The lamp is in working condition and still has the original power cord, which surprisingly seems to be fine other than some fraying to the cloth material that is covering it. As with most antique lamps, low wattage bulbs should be used. I will leave it up to the new owner to decide whether they wish to replace the cord with a more modern one. Aesthetically , this lamp is brilliantly painted and the brain globe gives off the perfect glow and level of lighting. The chalk material remains solid with no damage to speak of other than a few small marks and scratches, which is only to be expected after this many years. The glass globe is in excellent condition. A cloth material remains fastened to the underside for surface protection. Most antique lamps are made of metal, so it is definitely amazing that this chalkware one has survived the way it has! Beautiful & Very Rare Vintage / Antique CROCODILE SKIN Riding Crop 1920’s

A handsome and tremendously rare antique crocodile skin! Very beautifully made and tactile. The body of the crop is from some kind of wood or cane, and it has been covered with crocodile skin. The craftsmanship is outstanding, with very neat, refined stitching. The crocodile hide has darkened and patinated to the most beautiful mahogany brown hue. The crop is in used but usable vintage condition. There is wear throughout, please see the pictures. It appears that the crop may have had some loops at some stage which have snapped off. Also, there are two scales/ sections of the crocodile that have come loose and can be wiggled around the cane. Crocodile skin is one of the most precious and sought after hides and it is remarkable to find a riding crop crafted from it. Very very few will have been made due to the cost of the material, and this crop is very special indeed. Overall a fine and beautiful thing. Very Rare Antique Electric Fan Beautiful 1920s Art Deco Pedestal Vintage Metal

From the San Francisco Estate of highly esteemed local surgeon comes. This beautiful 1920s Art Deco pedestal fan. This antique fan is a variable tilt, adjustable height pedestal electric floor fan, has a wonderfully distinctive and rare design. In an Art Deco style, the fan head is beautifully designed with angled quad-propeller blades and a curved metal cage. The smaller fan head gives it a unique and interesting overall proportion reminiscent of an old radio microphone. The fan head has locking tilt adjustment The telescoping stand adjusts the total height to anywhere from 40″ to 57″. The base of the fan is very heavy and stable. The finish is in overall great condition, still quite shiny for a fan it’s age but with a mild timeworn patina. Some bits of chrome peel on telescoping stand from adjusting. Plugged it in and it appears to run normal but as its over 100 years old you may want to renew internal wires? Would probably polish up exquisitely.
