Rare, Large Size 15 Simon Halbig 1160 Bisque Little Women Lady Doll, Beautiful! Bisque head marked on shoulder plate 1160. Known as Little Women. Fantastic original wig (see photos). Bisque is gorgeous with no cracks, chips or repairs. Beautiful facial paint and details. Hard stuffed cloth body with porcelain arms and legs. Unfortunately, one leg is broken. I never had the confidence to try to replace. I loved her unusually large size and delicate presence, regardless. I photographed with reference book so you can see the scale, so she is not confused with her tiny counterparts! This lovely lady is apparently originally, although unusually, costumed. She has what looks like a. Fabric ribbon wrapped around her torso, as a blouse, antique metal fringe pinned along her shoulders, silk skirt with sash and ribbon flowers. Reminds me of how the young original owner may adorn her lovely new treasure! She has original undergarments. Some slight melting tears on skirt along inside folds. Antique rare beautiful mignonnette all bisque Kestner 4 straps boots all original. This beautiful Kestner mignonette is in perfect condition with no cracks, restoration or chips. The swivel head is made of very light colored bisque of superb quality. Beautiful facial expression, closed mouth, beautiful light blue eyes in sleeping glass (missing the weight of the balance, to be put back). Beautiful blonde mohair wig with its cap and silk ribbon, all original. The head is marked engraved at the top of the skull 0. His original body is very chubby and in excellent condition, it is marked 0 at the top of the bust as well as the two arms and both legs. Beautiful black painted heel boots with 4 straps and white high socks with pink piping (rare color). This mignonette is in its original condition! Height : 5,11 inches (13 cm). Superb and rare Kestner mignonette! Do not hesitate to ask me questions. Cette magnifique mignonnette Kestner est en parfait état, sans fêle, ni restauration ou éclate. La tête pivotante est en biscuit très pâle et de superbe qualité. Belle expression du visage, bouche fermée, beaux yeux bleus clairs en verre doreurs (manque le poids du balancier, à remettre). Galluba & Hoffman Rare Large German Bisque Bathing Beauty

I have recently acquired a beautiful collection of vintage German bathing beauties and risqué bisque laydowns and figurals. This is one of the first to be listed. This large approx 7.75 nude laydown is attributed to Galluba and Hoffman. The detail and features are detailed and exquisite. I dont see any impressed numbers or markings, it may be under the wig which is affixed to the figure. I know that these dolls due to value have been repaired over the years, but from what I have learned from very knowledgeable collectors , I do not see any evidence of damage repair to this wonderful and vintage doll. I have looked it over carefully. I do feel a slight rough edge on the nose that may be a fleck, but cant see closely enough to tell actually what it is so please assume it is present but not noticeable Please review all pics carefully and. Standing lady has pink molded & painted ballet-type shoes; seated lady has blue ones. It’s unusual to have original suits, even if frail. Well-marked on base (see last photo). Some almost inevitable old minor damage: standing figure has old repaired fracture on her left shoulder where the arm joins–the suit strap covers it; original silk net bathing suits are frail & worn/torn in several places; otherwise excellent.
