Provenance: The group was brought to the United States by the original owner who acquired them while travelling through Japan and China as missionaries. They are all original paintings, created with the utmost care and commitment to detail! Each of the paintings are superbly executed and have an embossed look to them. The group is even more impressive in person, with bright colors on all! Each original painting is paste on the original board and can be displayed very easily or cut into single works for individual sale. Most are clean, with some having tears. Size: 4 -1/4 x 3 (painting size), for most and others slightly smaller in scale. Part of a large family-owned collection of Japanese/Chinese art work that were all acquired in the early 1920s.
