Beautiful Rare antique Vase Persian Iznik Pottery

Lovely Persian antique vase, dating from the late half of the 19th century. It has Middle East origins and is made of pottery. Multi color hand painted and very intricate. This is a heavy glaze vase so you will see crazing on the piece. There are no major chips or cracks on the piece. The vase measures 9 3/4 inches tall and 4 inches wide. Bought this at an antique shop in Oak Park Illinois about 50 years ago. I have taken a picture so you can look at the bottom. Fish scale border to the inner neck rim. Coloured to the classic Florian Blue on Blue colourway. Extremely rare colourway, beautiful 3551 twin handled Secessionist vase decorated with elongated flowers, tube lined on greens and dark ochre ground. The shape works well with this lovely John Wadsworth design. In absolutely superb condition – no chips, cracks or restoration. Some mild crazing typical of these wares and nothing to detract from this fine piece. Printed Mintons Ltd No. 41 Secessionist mark, impressed Mintons with date code for 1908 and incised shape number 3551. Height 17cm (6.7in). White patches are light refection not faults.
