Rare Beautiful Pair B&G Imperial Zinn Art Nouveau Maiden Candlesticks c. Company started in 1899 by Peter Bitter and Wilhelm Gobbers. The name in the start was “Crefelder Metallwaren Fabrik Bitter & Gobbers GmbH”. Name was changed to B&G Imperial Zinn. The company closed in 1910. Pair marked BG IMPERIAL, 4804, S (please see arrows in last picture). Pair also have some other markings which I think are Swedish import marks (please see arrows in picture six). Pair in good condition with surface wear. Pair with some minor bending but nothing serious. One with possibly restored foot (please see oval in last picture). If restored it is good restoration. But this could also just be a manufacturing flaw. No other isssues than mentioned above. Weight of pair approx 810 grams. Height approx 25.5cm (10.0in) Base width 14cm (5.5in).
