A rare & beautiful 70 year old mahogany serpentine sideboard. Made in England during the reign of King George VI in the late 1940s to a lovely standard. The serpentine form and moulded top over a central bank four graduated Drawers with lovely brass pull ring handles. Flanked by cupboard doors with lovely brass pull handles enclosing shelves. All raised upon long tapering legs. Made to lovely proportions it will stand very proud in any room. The wood has a rich colour and pleasing patina. A wonderful piece of English furniture thats overflowing with charm. The top has some light bleaching from sunlight over the years. Height 86 cm – Width 145 cm – depth 49cm.
