This is a Rare Beautiful Georgian 9ct Gold Swirls and Studded Pique Toothpick Case, this i believe was crafted c1800 making it around 222 years old. This is a Beautiful Small Rectangle Shape Toothpick Case with rounded edges, what makes this even more special is the Hinge is made from 9ct Gold, The Lid has Beautiful 9ct Gold Dotted Swirl Patterns and also Dotted Studs, and every one of the 9ct Gold Dots are intact, The Mirror that would have been inside the Lid is missing and there is staining on the Case and also inside the Case, the 9ct Gold Hinge is good condition but the Button on the front is not working so it doesn’t close and is reflected in the price, This would have been owned by someone Wealthy in the Georgian Period and is so very Tactile, this would add something special to any collection and my Photos dont do it Justice.
