A Rare and Beautiful 70 Year Old French Louis XVI Style Dressing Table Chest. Made in France during the 1950’s in the style of Louis XVI to a lovely standard. The moulded edge top with cut glass sheet atop with raised framed bevelled mirror over three long drawers with wonderfully ornate pull handles and escutcheons. All raised on carved cabriole legs with a shaped apron to the front and sides. Finished in a cream paint with lashings of gold throughout.
