Kashmiri Copper Lidded Bowl Rare Handmade Antique Beautiful Interior Item
A great condition copper lidded bowl from the Kashmiri region of India. It is of bulbous shape and hand beaten and formed. An antique item dating from circa 1920. By the end of the 19th century with the decline of the Mughal era, the skills of Kashmiri metalworkers got oriented again towards making vessels rather than gun barrels and swords. To give Kashmiri pieces their beautiful appearance, craftsmen used elaborate floral motifs, calligraphy, geometric patterns and exquisite Chinar leaves. The Naqashi or engraved work with a hammer and chisel makes for a stunning antique. It is rare to find lidded bowls like this, it is very different from your usual vases, coffee urns and trays that you are more likely to see. A nice usable item. Height approx 5.75. 19th / Early 20th Century African Zulu Spear – Beautifully Made – Rare Item. Approx 52 inches long. Beautiful twining attaching the top to the wooden shaft & the bottom area of the shaft has a hide covering. Overall good condition with minor splitting to wooden shaft as photographed.

Rare Antique / vintage Sadler Art Deco Hexagonal Floral Teapot beautiful item
A beautiful rare Vintage Art Deco Sadler Teapot. Light pink/ivory teapot with a floral/leaf design red and green pattern qhich is subtle yet beautiful. Gold gilt around the teapot. Hexagonal design, and measures around 10 inches from handle to spot. This is not the date of the item. Overall nice condition for the age. Please study the pictures and feel free to contact for any further information. If the price is not right, please make an offer! Condition – this item is a lovely piece in overall nice condition for the age. There are a couple of faint lines with age. The left part of the hexagon behind the spout has some tiny little chips whuch can be seen in the images although please contact me to see more images. A couple of tiny holes here and there but unsure if they are production defects. There is a small crack at the inner top of the teapot when the lid is opened. You can see that in an image looking inside. This is about a couple of centimetres and appears repaired. These are all seen when inspected very closely. Apart from that and obvious little signs of age, I believe this is a stunning piece and a great addition to a collection. Please feel free to contact me for any further information.
