Beautiful Antique 1860’s Quilt, Applique & Trapunto, Unusual & Rare

Pieced and Appliqued Cotton Quilt with Floral Pattern, American, featuring abstract cross-shaped floral motifs in blue and red, accented with yellow trapunto buttons. White squares have fine wreath quilting. Red, blue, and tan (probably originally green) vine border with yellow trapunto buttons. Corner with red, blue, and yellow tulips. Blue binding, which has some wear and fraying. Some of the reds appear to have been replaced in the past. The older red pieces show some wear. Back has some light stains/spots. Please enlarge and study the photos, they are part of the description. Several small repairs that I noted (see pix 6 & 7). Dimensions: 75.5″ x 77″. It weights 4 pounds 8 ounces. Be sure to add me to your. This beautiful rare two sided French quilt 18th and 19th Century was printed by Oberkampf! There lovely cotton fabrics was part of an early French quilt. There is cotton battting in between the fabrics. Wonderful for collectors or for framing! 25 inches in width by 31.5 inches in length. In very good condition! Please see photos for reference. Beautiful & Rare Pattern Vintage 30s Pink & Green QUILT 91×80. Such a rare to find pattern “Pine Cones” published by Nancy Cabot. One pattern that is very much like this one is called “Pine Burr”. Light pink and light green on a soft white. Expertly hand quilted at 10 stitches per inch. Measures 91″ x 80″ with 1 1 /4″ x 7/8″ pieces. In good condition with a couple tiny tan spots, a couple tiny pinprick surface holes around the border, one tiny stitch repair and mild fading around the green border.
