Beautiful Very Rare & Collectable Striking Top Barometer Mantel Carriage Clock Would make a lovely gift. This clock really is extremely rare and in stunning condition with a mirror like shine/polish to it. My favourite part of the clock along with the front vertical escapement and recessed engraved center is the top barometer window. The aneroid barometer is clear, looks great and seems to work well. The clock is ticking and striking, it has a wonderful regal sounding gong resonation as can be seen/heard in the short video. The clock has been set up by a professional master horologist. These barometer clocks are a lot rarer and more collectable would sell for a lot more. This is the only example I have had or seen of this style. Approx 19cm high (not including handle). Comes with a key. Please do remember given the sensitive nature of the movements that after transit they may need adjusting and/or setting up. I recommend for these clocks to be picked up in person.
