Large Rare Beautiful 19th Century Turned Wood Sand Hour Glass Timer 12 Tall
This is a fantastic looking and quite rare, large 19th Century wooden hourglass. It measures 1 hour and seems to be very accurate. The wood on the two ends has shrunk slightly on the sides against the grain = very common in early pieces. It measures fully 12″ tall one of the ends measures 6″ wide x 5 3/4 wide. The other end measures 5 3/4″ wide x 5 1/2″ wide. It’s in very good antique condition and the hour glass portion works work. Please see photos for condition and design. This is an incredible looking piece.

Beautiful Barr Flight Barr moth plate dating to around 1810 with colorful finely hand painted moth at center surrounded by an elaborate enameling in mint green and puce red. Very fine gold gilding decoration surrounds plate. Impressed B. F. B. Measures 8.25 inches diameter. Condtion is excellent no chips, cracks or repairs. Only some wear spots most on the gold outer edge of plate. See photos for details. Very rare plate to find at estate sale. Also I listed separately other fine plates from the 19th century.
