This is quite the fancy seltzer siphon bottle. It is marked Patented July 20, 97. Im pretty sure it means 1897. I cannot find any other writing but it looks like German silver or nickel silver. Very nice and ornate. Is this Art Deco? I looked at hundreds of others on the web and cannot find any that are like this one. Very nice piece for the collector or bar owner. Make me an offer.
