This amazing piece has minimal damage to the pieces of lace around the skirt of the lady. I have taken close up photos, shown in pictures 4 and 9. It measures 10″ long, 7″ high, and 3.5 deep. The detail on the gorgeous piece is amazing….. And there`s a lot to take in…… You just need to study the pictures to appreciate how much fine work has gone into this! And they are of a chess game… And some other scenarios….. Most of them with damage to the hands, or other parts of the figurines…. This one has amazingly got away with just the very delicate lace fronds being a slight bit damaged. With it being on the edge of the skirt, it isn`t really noticable. And it`s really rare to find ones with minimal, or no damage at all… I`m hoping to find a new owner for this rare piece now, as I feel really bad keeping it stored away…… Plus I`m raising funds for ongoing medical issues.
