A Rare Beautiful Original Vintage Botanical Chart Of A Pumpkin Plant Circa 1950

On offer here is this lovely old botanical school chart of. Over the last 10 or 15 years I have probably had over 100+ of these Czech botanical charts but this is the first time I have ever seen this one of pumpkins, what a fantastic chart and it is in fantastic condition, luckily it has spent its life in a dark school cupboard so the colours are still as bright as the day it was made. It is a lithograph printed in the Czech republic in the 1937 so the writing is in Czechoslovakian. Beautifully illustrated It depicts pumpkin plant and a cucumber plant with cross sections of the fruit flower and seeds and a beautiful illustration of the full plants. These lovely old charts were produced as educational tools for schools and colleges in the 1930s to the 1950s. They are printed on quality CARD and it has black wooden poles top and bottom and a hanging strap. This chart has spent its 80 years in a dark school cupboard so the colours are still bright. There might be a few little signs of age please check all pictures. I have tried to take photographs of any areas of damage but there is very little, it is in very good, condition these charts are 80 years old so there are obviously some small signs of age. (please check all photos). These beautiful old school charts have been used as educational aids for the last 100 years or so but now they have become very popular with interior designers for their beautiful decorative qualities. Old & rare prayerbook with beautiful silver locks and full page engravings 1780

Beautiful little Dutch Psalm or prayerbook, richly illustrated , with fine leather binding and silver work, end 18th century. Dutch title :’Christelyke onderwijzingen en Gebeden’- published in Utrecht by Cornelis Kribber in 1780 – fine leather binding with floral details and a Cross in reliëf – with excellent silver locks and clasps, silver marked, probably from the Northern region of Holland – richly illustrated with many full page engravings – 607 pages, gold on cut – 16 x 10 x 4 cm. In excellent condition, complete, solid, inside clean. Silver should be polished. Some minor wear along the edges of the covers, but strong binding. In great antiquarian condition!
