Here is a beautiful 19 antique EJ model bebe by Emile Jumeau. Head is marked Depose E9J and is free of cracks, breaks, repairs or hairlines. There is a tiny roughness under right eye, probably during making, and a bit of surface imperfection in the glaze over right eye. See photos and ask for additional photos if you need them. Usually people prefer the blue eyed dolls but this brown eyed one is really stuning. She has really pale painting and dark brown paperweight eyes. She has original head spring. Eyes are in original set. She has cork pate and dark brown hand made mohair wig with bangs that I created for her. Her body is original fixed wrist marked Jumeau body with original finish. There is a little roughness on the upper arms. She wears antique batiste underwear and exact copy of an original Jumeau couturier costume from my collection (it’s on an E8J Jumeau). I made the dress of striped silk satin with lace trim and antique brown cotton chintz lining. She also wears copy of antique Jumeau padded and wired bonnet with antique ribbons and lace that I made her. Lastly she wears antique socks and original antique Jumeau shoes with size 9 and bee imprint on the bottom with Paris Depose marking. Ribbons on shoes are worn but shoes themselves are in excellent condition. It is hard for me to part with this beautiful bebe after all the work I put into her.
