A Rare & Beautiful 100 Year Old Antique Arts & Crafts Movement Mahogany mirror backed Credenza Sideboard. Made in England during the reign of King George V in around 1920 to a beautiful standard. With a beautiful moulded top with a beautiful raised superstructure with a mirrored back flanked by turned pilasters enclosed by a carved canopy. The base fitted with two drawers above a central open shelf and short drawer, flanked by carved cupboard doors enclosing shelves. All raised upon bracket feet. Made to beautiful large proportions, It will stand very proud in any room. The mahogany has a wonderful colour and pleasing patina created over the last 100 years. A wonderful piece of English history thats overflowing with historic charm. As expected some age related wear, lovely. Height 191 cm – Width 182 cm – depth 60 cm.
