Rare to find antique 19th century Victorian period yellow gold puzzle link bracelet with beautiful scrolling engraved decoration on each of the links and set with 3 deep red stones probably garnets cut in with an emerald or cushion shape. This bracelet must have been a higher priced piece at the time and made by a very skilled goldsmith adding fine elements such as wonderful puzzle shaped links and the scrolling shaped bezels around the stones and a fine closed backing on each link. Where many other bracelets & broaches from the Victorian period are made with just have open backs. Also it’s substantial looking in person with nice wide width links. Weight about 22 to 24 grams. 625 inches wide and 6.75 inches long. Lock opens and closes great. The safety chain slipped out of the small ring but I should be able to put it back on.
