Beautiful and very rare Masquerade Best Friends couple of bisque figures of adult nude women posed seated, leaning forward with legs and arms in different positions and one of them holding a flower, gray thigh-high stockings with black rims and dark grey heeled shoes, painted black masquerade masks, very light blonde mohair wigs in high hairdo with black velvet bows. Incised numbers underneath 3737/ and 3738.2. Made in germany by Galluba & Hoffman, circa 1915. Absolutely original figure with no cracks, hairlines, chips or repairs of any kind. Just one tip of pinky finger broken to right hand. Otherwise, excellent overall condition. A Stunning Dressel Kister Full-Body Doll. I’ve never seen another. One of a kind Dressel Kister bathing beauty, from my long-time private collection. I’ve been collecting for close to 40 years and have never seen another. A one-time whimsical or experimental creation perhaps. The full body nude doll is detachable. She is secured to the well with antique original screw. A piece of green rippled glass fits neatly into the well. A beautifully imagined and designed work of art. All-original Dressel Kister design. Tall part of well / fountain is a vase; I added some dried heather. And a piece of lace draped over screw. The lovely forest bather reaches up to let her hair down while. The water to see her reflection. Marked with Dressel Kister blue crosier, a small c. And impressed model number which looks to be 3995. Condition notes: Doll is excellent, remarkably, given her delicate position. Some tiny chips to applied ivy leaves; paint wear to water coming out of faucet/spout; gold wear to base. Galluba Hoffman Bisque Bathing Beauty Doll One of a Kind Rare Companion Pose

A very rare Galluba Hoffman. Perhaps one of a kind? I believe this model was designed to drape her leg over another Galluba model, perhaps a male. Note her hand and foot are up in the air. I’ve seen a very similar model. Here is an example. As you can see, her lower hand and lower foot both touch the ground. I’ve never seen this model anywhere else. It would seem she is a companion model, designed to drape her leg and arm over. Another Galluba bathing model. Sort of like this example. Here you can see a Galluba gal who was designed to lay her head on a male bather’s legs. Condition: crocheted outfit once yellow, now faded, holes in back of hat, yarn is delicate with some light wear, generally good condition; original mohair wig has some minor loss to one side but is in good shape overall. Model number stamped on base appears to be 1061, though it’s lightly stamped and hard to read (my camera couldn’t capture the numbers). Some scuffs on underside; bisque in excellent condition. 5 ¼ measured head to furthest toe. A unique piece for your collection don’t miss it! A Stunning Dressel Kister Full-Body Doll. Her lovely sheer dress is sewn and wired to look like it is blowing in the wind. You can adjust the wire however you like, to have her dress blowing up. Her pink tulle slip. Peeks out from beneath. Note in the above photo, there is invisible cord to the front. This cord makes the swing hang at a 90 degree angle. As seen in photo below. You can leave the cord off if you prefer; then. Hang at more like a 45 degree angle. It looks great either way, your choice! Most of my photos are taken without this front cord. Buenos Aires – Argentina. 1915 Rare Bisque Galluba &Hofmann 424-F Bathing Beauty w/Red Devil Figurine/Doll. Description: Adorable and extremely rare all bisque bathing beauty figure of a nude adult lady posed lying semi-sideways with her knees bent, head inclined as though gazing upward, arms extended upward and outward and a small red devil figurine seated on her right thigh. This is one of the scarcer poses produced by the German company of Galluba and Hofmann and her sitting devil makes her even far rarer than their other sisters. Delicate and very well detailed barefooted figurine. Beautifully modeled from her shapely arms and legs to her supple soft curves. Made of fired in precolored bisque with painted features. Her lovely face is decorated in typical Galluba style, with one stroke brows, sultry intaglio gray eyes outlined in black, large black pupils, red lid lines, full softly smiling coral lips and dimpled chin. Still retains her original brown mohair wig and she is dressed in her. Net tulle swimming suit and matching cap. There is not doubt the most outstanding and intriguing feature of this beauty is the unusual figurine of the red devil. Incised 424 F on her left thigh. Pair of bisque nude ladies are posed together side-by-side, one standing, the other seated on bench with arms held at the edges and right leg kicking outward, each with original mohair wig and the standing one with a cool straw hat.
