It has both frames as photographed & everything in photos comes with it. There are two frames, one celluloid clear plastic piece to cover the baby photo which is included & the embossed metal piece which was on the other side of the frame. It’s such an interesting & unusual locket! No major age wear to the gold filled metal. No major dents or dings. With all Antique pieces you should expect some signs of vintage age wear if looking hard enough. But nothing sticks out to me to report. I think it’s in Top condition for it’s age.
