RARE BEAUTIFUL GEORGIAN SOLID SILVER MOUNTED SCOTTISH SNUFF MULL c1830. RARE STUNNING GEORGIAN RECTANGLE 18CT GOLD MOUNTED SWIRL LID TOOTHPICK CASE. This is a Rare Beautiful Georgian Rectangle 18ct Gold Mounted Lid Toothpick Case, this i believe was crafted around c1800 making it around 221 years old, The Georgian Toothpick Case is Rectangle in Shape, the Lid has the most Beautiful 18ct Gold Mounts with a Gold Dotted Pattern on the Lid, it has a 18ct Gold Rectangle Blank Cartouche, and there is also a Push Button and when pressed the Lid opens and the 18ct Gold Hinge is fair condition with one little section missing making it a little loose, but it closes nicely, the inside of the Case has its original Cream Velvet Lining and there is a nice Blue edging around the inside of the Case. The Mirror on inside Lid is intact but is mostly worn away giving it more of a Glass look. It is smaller than most Tooth Pick Cases and is reflected in the Price this would have been owned and used by a wealthy Lady in the Georgian Period, from a time when things were very different to today and this 18ct Gold Toothpick Case. Antique “Singer” 1886 New Family 12, Serial numbers: 7132089, 1835689. Manufactured in Elizabeth, NJ. Hand crank model with nice Bentwood Case with the Singer emblem on the front. This is a beautiful example of an unrestored antique Singer 12 hand crank sewing machine, with the desirable “fiddle base”. The acanthus leaves stenciling are in excellent condition and are still bright and colorful with only a few rubs from normal wear and use. There are also a few nicks and minor blemishes from normal age related wear. The bobbin and shuttle are in place under the base plate. There is a photo of the underneath of the machine and you can see thread extending from the bobbin. The machine wheel turns freely and the needle easily moves up and down. The bentwood case fits well and securely goes to place to protect the sewing machine and is in great cosmestic condition…. The Singer emblem is almost unblemished.
