A very beautiful ornately carved occasional chair Anglo Indian made in teak circa 1880. A beautiful chair probably made in India for the British colonial market. Intricate carving of a bird to the top of the shaped back and carving to the back rest of foliage- I think these are vine motifs- often used in this period. Further vine carving on the front rail, sides and legs. Front legs have a slight cabriole, the back legs are slightly curved. The wicker seat is a replacement, done some time age- not sure what the original seat would have been- probably upholstered. This is a very delicate chair which has done well to survive as it has- there are some old repairs to the back. A very beautiful and interesting item. I would strongly suggest this is for a hall chair or bedroom chair- not to be sat on but admired only! A decorative cushion might be a nice addition. Height to the back 88 cm. Width across the knees 48 cm. Width across the feet 48 cm. Height to the seat 39 cm. Seat 45 cm wide by 42 cm deep. Viewing is welcome by appointment, please contact me to arrange. For sale is a beautifully cast antique bronze mission bell in great working and cosmetic condition. The bell has a deep humming bell sound. The bell stands 11 inches tall and is 10 inches wide at the bottom. The 5th photo gives you an idea of size. Also the bell weighs 22 pounds. There are not any maker marks or dates that I can find. Welcome to our page, all items we are sell are on consignment, so we can only give information known to us. This wonderful ornate clock was made by Lenzkirch Germany, one of the best clock makers of antique clocks. I was told that this clock style was referred as a balcony clock. This clock was cleaned and serviced about 4 years ago and in excellent working condition. As with any clock, the clock will need to be adjusted once set up in its new home. CLOCK IS 16″ high x 9″ wide x 5 deep. The dial bezel is 4.25 in diameter. The dial appears to be porcelain. Clock strikes bell on the hour and half hour. They are vintage or used and will all have wear. Pictures are considered part of description. Make sure to look at all pictures to determine the wear of all pieces and parts. Anyone opening a case without contacting us, will be banned from purchasing from us in the future. This ensures that the postal service gets all information from both parties that they require to complete a claim. Display boxes and stands for display and not included. RARE BEAUTIFUL GEORGIAN 18CT GOLD LADIES ORNATE PENDANT. A Beautiful Rare Beautiful Georgian 18ct Gold Ladies Circular pendant which was crafted circa 1800 making it over 210 years old, this stunningly rare Gold pendant has the most wonderful engine turned decoration in gold to one side with a central smooth circular cartouche which contrasts beautifully against the engine turned decoration on turning this Georgian Ladies Pendant over you will see it has a gold framed glass over that is hinged and it has a gold little clip to open the cover, this has a timeless elegance of long ago, it shouts out Georgian, this would have either held a lock of her loved ones hair or a miniature picture of him, this is then framed with the most beautifully cast 18ct gold floral and scroll decoration which is repeated on both sides and is raised, it has a matched raised gold floral loop attached to the top finial, this is almost like a miniature pocket watch, its so very pretty, the quality of the craftsmanship is superb, this would have once belonged to a very wealthy lady living in the Georgian Period and been worn daily, its in wonderful condition , it has no hallmarks but does test for 18 ct Gold, i cant tell you enough how exquisite this pendant is , it is so very tactile and has the most wonderful feel. Dated 1924, this ornate beauty hails from the Past District Deputy Grand Master of the First Masonic District in Pennsylvania. The history appears underneath the flap. Rich, vivid Golden Bullion Embroidery, Pure White Silk and Deep Purple Velvet describe the elements here. This masterfully crafted symbolic piece measures approximately 17 x 16 inches which includes the fringes. Wonderful three dimensional iconography. The backside lining is a lovely lighter purple. ANTIQUE BEAUTIFUL ORNATE METAL ADJUSTABLE CHANDELIER CRYSTAL PRISMS RARE VINTAGE. You are looking at a very rare and unusual metal and crystal prism adjustable chandelier. There is a mechanism that I have never seen before that is at the top and seems to be made to raise and lower the fixture. One octagon prism seems to have been replaced because the wire in it is not as dark as the others. There is an open circle on each side of the large ring that I have pictured in photo #8. The large ring measures approximately 14 1/2 across x 2 1/4 tall. The glass shades or canopies do not have any cracks or chips, but do need to be cleaned. The small shade does have rough edges when you run your finger along it. PLEASE LOOK CAREFULLY AT ALL 12 PICTURES AS PART OF THE DESCRIPTION AND TO DETERMINE THE ACTUAL CONDITION.
