1920s Antique Rare Lenci 109 series 22inches Beautiful

Beautiful 1920s Lenci 109 series in her original dress and shoes with original side bun hairdo. This lovely doll measures 22 tall and has a swivel head with pressed painted features. Her blonde mohair wig wig (tracked plaits) is original and affixed firmly to her head. Her side buns are in their original setting. She is jointed at the hips and shoulders and wearing a black felt dress with collar, puffed sleeves and flower appliqués. She is wearing matching blue felt Mary Janes with tiny blue buttons and her original socks. I do not believe her bloomers are original to her. Condition: As you can see from the photos, she has some wear in her felt to the legs and arms. All fingers are intact. Her hair has some thinning on the left side of her head, but is not noticeable when on display. Her beautifully painted face is in wonderful condition and her expression is absolutely divine. She is almost human-like in her presence and such a joy to behold in person. All photos accurate portray her condition. Please do not hesitate to ask questions. RARE Mint Beautiful Antique Vintage 1920s Day Dress with Amazing Sleeves M 10 12

Beautiful Antique Vintage 1920s Day Dress with Amazing Sleeves. Fantastic 1920s day dress with incorporated jacket. Beautifully made with lovely stitched panel tailoring in bodice and really gorgeous sleeves, cut with an insert of different toned satin fabric. The bodice has a print and an overlay jacket style top which is incorporated into the dress. Fastens with tiny snap studs at collar. I love the art deco panels on the back. An amazingly rare dress in superb condition for something this age. All my items are second hand and some may require a dry clean where they cannot be washed before hand but have steamed everything. Despite this some items may retain an odor, this is often with the older dresses and due to the fabrics and dyes used at the time. The may show slight signs of wear but all major faults and a small repair on shoulder are described and photographed. Thank you for viewing my auctions.
