RARE XL Art Deco Dressel Kister Full Body Porcelain Doll on Swing Bathing Beauty

A Stunning Dressel Kister Full-Body Doll. Her lovely sheer dress is sewn and wired to look like it is blowing in the wind. You can adjust the wire however you like, to have her dress blowing up. Her pink tulle slip. Peeks out from beneath. Note in the above photo, there is invisible cord to the front. This cord makes the swing hang at a 90 degree angle. As seen in photo below. You can leave the cord off if you prefer; then. Hang at more like a 45 degree angle. It looks great either way, your choice! Most of my photos are taken without this front cord. Beautiful rare antique small Persian Qashqai rug in teal, terracotta and cream

This small village rug is approx 100 years old and though it shows obvious signs of wear, including bitten edges, it is silky smooth and supple with absolutely stunning and intense colours. Main field: burnt terracotta red with luxurious iridescent teal blue medallions and cream highlights. It is coarsely knotted (think large pixels) with primitive geometrically designed small animals, birds and flowers and the double medallion characteristic of many Qashqai village rugs. From the South West of Iran near Shiraz, this is a coarse pure wool rug that has worn over the years to a silky iridescent sheen. It has a beautiful, if a little gnarly, undyed natural wool fringe that ranges from cream to chocolate brown. This carpets beauty lies in its deeply saturated antique colours made from natural vegetable dyes and reminiscent of red earth and midnight blue skies. This rug has been much loved; it has mostly medium to low pile, quite a few repairs and damaged edges as you can see in the photographs and patches of wear. If you are looking for the unique colours of a genuine antique Persian rug – then this is a little gem. As its cash on collection – you can see its quality for yourself before paying but hopefully the photographs give you a truthful picture. This carpet has been professionally cleaned and moth-treated.
